I recently added a tv box to my plan and while trying to set it up realised I don’t have a wall socket to attach it to. The cable that’s attached to my router goes through an external wall outside.
I have attempted to contact the number on their website but it says it’s too busy and disconnects me. Can’t figure out how to get the live chat to work either so getting frustrated now.
I also need to talk to someone regarding my account information but this is proving impossible also.
