W02 error

I’m in area 07 and have lost broadband and tv service today. Modem flashing green on the bar and w02 error on all tv channels. Any advice!

Hi,

Modem flashing green and W02 error usually indicate a signal fault.

First thing to do is to check all of your cables going from your equipment back to the box outside. Make sure there's no visible damage and all of the connectors are tight.

If there's been any DIY or gardening done today then they would probably be the main places to look for any damage if you don't find anything obvious after the first check
