Hi, I`ve been receiving the WO2 error message on 19 channels on my tv over the last couple of weeks. Some channels are too pixelated to watch.
I`ve secured all cables, re-booted and changed the HDMI cables etc but this has had no effect.

As per https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/w02 this is a classic signal error which should be reported to VM for them to (most likely) arrange an engineer visit.
If you've not already, call VM faults on 150 (from a Virgin phone) or 0345 4541111 (from any other phone) to report this fault.
