Virgin v+ box will not boot up

After unplugging my V+ box, when rebooting, there is a solid blue light and a red intermittent flashing one.

On TV display 'starting up' , this has been displayed for several hours.

I have tried all connections, power is OK, internet is OK.

V+ boxes are no longer supported, so just checking that it's not one of these:

If it is a V+ box that's not working it will need to be swapped for a TiVo or V6 box via the faults team. That should have already happened really as there have been lots of messages about them needing to be replaced over many years.

Hello, thanks for your response, my mistake it is a TiVo box.
