Virgin tv box keeps rebooting

Hi, we’re having trouble with our virgin tv box. It continuously reboots itself and doesn’t get past the welcome screen. It will then do the same process again and again. We have tried rebooting and calling, but have been on hold three separate times for over 50 mins before getting cut off.

Realistically, you currently have 3 choices for reporting faulty VM services:

1: Use the text message servcie (07533 051809), this can take a day or so.

2: Wait on here for VM staff, currently taking about a week.

3: Keep callling and don't give up until you do, perhaps trying early morning or mid-afternoon which can be quieter.

Sorry to say your experience of VM's call queues isn't unique at the moment.
