Re: Virgin tivo orange power button hdd sound like it's bleeping

Hate to say this, but it sounds horribly like your box/HDD has died.

I'd recommend calling VM faults to report this.

150 from a Virgin phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone - choose the options for "I have a fault with my TV service"

I'd recommend keeping trying the phone lines.

VM staff do monitor these boards and respond, but they prioritise responses where peer-based support can't resolve issues. This is primarily a community forum and isn't intended as a direct alternative to calling in.

Re: Virgin tivo orange power button hdd sound like it's bleeping

Hi Simon_Midgley

Thanks for posting. My apologies for the TV issue.

I can see you've spoke to the team since posting and we've sent a new box. I do hope this resolves everything for you. Let me know if not.

Kind regards,

You should be able to check under your "my Virgin Media" online account, and "my orders"

Yes, VM are well aware of the current Covid situation and that is very much borne in mind when engineer visits are arranged.
