Virgin stuck on starting up

Hi my virgin tv has been stuck on starting up for 3 weeks now. I’ve followed all the online steps then it directs me to call but when I call I’m told the call centres are closed and I’m directed back to the online tech support which again directs me to call.

I’ve sent emails to the complaints departments but I’ve not received anything back. Please can you help

Sounds like a broken box to me! Virgin's call centres are open but persistence is very much needed at the moment. There's a text message service on 07533 051809 which can take a few days to respond.

Forum staff on here are currently taking upto a week to respond, so please don't give up calling in the meantime 😉
