Hi my tv displays starting up for the whole week. Reboots and resets have not made any difference
can someone help? Switching on and off or up laughing is not helping
WiFi is fine and connected
Are you saying that your Virgin TV box won't startup, and is stuck in the boot loop?
If so, I'm surprised you've left it as long as a week!
Call VM and report it... you might well need a replacement box. 150 from a VM phone or 0345 4541111 from any other phone. Follow the options for "I have a fault with my TV service"
