Virgin media tv

I was wondering whether I need to pay for a tv license if I have a virgin media TV hub and never use it, and also never watches tv. It's a promotion so i got it

Re: Virgin media tv

When you refer to a "TV hub", do you mean a TV box like one of these ?

The answer is probably found in VM's T&Cs, section B(9)... https://www.virginmedia.com/shop/the-legal-stuff/terms-and-conditions-for-fibre-optic-services

"9. We will not continue to provide you with the television service if we find out that you do not have a valid television licence."
