has anyone else had the issue above?
no amount of resetting it playing around with wires will resolve the issue.
Tried calling helpline but was got off after an hour of waiting on 2 separate occasions
Any help with getting this resolved is greatly appreciated.
If your TiVo or V6 won't start up, it has a fault and I'd recommend you report it to Virgin on 150 or 0345 4541111
