Virgin media apps

Hi, when I use Netflix the menu works as soon as I click to play a title the screen goes black and then all I get on the screen is black and white interference, like an old tele when the signal isn’t working 

thanks for any help

Very sorry that you're having an issue with Netflix, this isn't good. 

Can I ask if this happens when you use the app and through channel 204?

Do you have issues with any other apps or the internet?

Have you tried rebooting the box?

That is what an encrypted tv stream looks like. First thing I would do is try another HDMI cable, as it looks like while the HDCP handshake with the tv is working, the decrypting is not.
