Hi I've just bought a new smart TV I cant get my virgin box to work on it how do i get a up.to date cable box

what do you mean you can;t get it to work
Its the same as any other TV

Connect it to the HDMI port and set the TV to that HDMI source

It would be useful for you to say which Virgin Media TV box you have and what issues you are having connecting it to your new TV.
