If you've had your current package for over a year, your best bet is to price up a comparable new package for the channels and services you want, and then call through to C/S.
If you're willing to re-contract for 12/18months and so long as you have VM broadband on your bundle (It's a requirement for the V6) then asking VM for a box-swap as part of a new package is probaby the best way to go.
