Virgin TV box

Hi,
I am not a customer so having trouble getting through to anyone on your phone line. Really hoping I can resolve the problem here. I recently moved into my property. On redecorating I've discovered that the cables from the previous tenant are live and could be dangerous. Is there anyway to have someone remove the live cables? Not sure what else I can do here without your help.

Thank you

Re: Virgin TV box

What cables do you mean? Can you take some photos and post them up?
