We upgraded to the Maxit package in the last month and we're happy to see that virgin tv kids app is free with our package. however every time we try to log in it prompts us to call customer service who claim that we have to pay £5 extra for access to the app despite the app clearly stating its free with the package.
Tried to escalate the call to a manager with the call centre in the Philippines but was like banging my head against a brick wall and we were put on hold and cut off frustratingly.
Is there anyone from the Virgin team here that can help with that please? It clearly states within the app in Google play store that access to the app is free with our package.
