Virgin Media Store

Hi

Does anyone know how to make the Virgin Media Store purchases work.  We have bought a TV series and a film recently and neither work properly.  We get a lot of buffering, the tv cuts off the programme whilst we're using it and it stops after just a few frames? Be grateful for any help as cannot talk to anyone on the phone about this
