Hi, I have requested online to upgrade my broadband/phone to a TV/Broadband/phone package.
Online the cost was an additional £5 pcm for the Maxit package. I phoned up to check if certain channels were included and advised them of the online price - the adviser said that they could not honour that price.....then they put me through to a specialist team (just lots of music with no response).
Very confused....has anyone had similar issues with upgrades?
