Normally when you call the TV Fualts team you go through a series of automated questions and it should be resolved.
A workaround that has worked for many people is to redial around 10 minutes later and the phone is usually picked up by a member of the faults team. Not sure if that will work today with it being a bank holdiay weekend, but usually the best time to call is 8am when lines are least busy.
You could also try the text messaging service. Just send a text with a description of TV Faults to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. VM aim to respond within 24 hours, but again it may take longer due to being a bank holiday weekend.
