Virgin Box

Hi, 

one of the boxes stopped working over 3 weeks ago. And we was meant to get a replacement sent out. 

I’ve been told to come onto this and post this message. I need a resolution asap

they was meant to post 3 weeks ago and said it would take up to a week - and somebody from twitter

I have had to arrange for an engineer to come out to fix the box 

This is booked in for the first available appointment we have 

All you need to do is log into your online account and change the date if its not suitable
