V6 upgrade

I filled in the online request for the V6 box upgrade in late March early April 2020 but haven't heard/received anything about it, just wondering if it has been postponed due to covid, like everything else in the UK?

Hi i doubt it, I think you will have to request it by phone as it will involve a new agreement and contract. Regards Micky

Whatever has happened, if it's been nigh-on 6months since you filled the webform in, I doubt anything's going to happen now.

Depending how long you've had your current package for, you might want to look at negotiating a new bundle to include a V6 swapout - assuming you are happy to re-contract for 12/18 months.

Thought it had gone through but like everything else it had been interrupted by all this virus nonsense.
