V6 box stuck restarting

Our Virgin V6 box currently won't start, as when we turn it on it goes to the welcome screen, then the starting up screen, before crashing and restarting the same process. We've tried running the service status tests but every time it has suggested the same measures (checking connections etc.) and given no other option other than to rerun the test. We also haven't been getting through to customer service on the phone. What can we do about this?

I am sorry to hear you've been having some trouble with your V6 box and struggled to get through to discuss this. Can you please let us know if you've been able to get this sorted since posting?

 

If not I'll happily get a replacement sent out to you ASAP.
