V56 error message. Just had a new bundle updated but second box is not working and displaying the V56 code.
No answer at call centre for days... been on hold the past few days for over an hour!
As per https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/v56 this is an account issue.
When and how (online or by phone?) did you get your new bundle, and what package was it? And is this error on any specific channels?
You can try following Home > Help & Settings > Help > TV Care > I'm missing some channels.
