V210 message

I’m and new customer and have had my virgin installed for 5 days now. I can’t seem to access On Demand services or catch up. It’s displaying error code V210

my broadband is set up fine, Ethernet is plugged in securely at both ends.

can anyone help?

Still nothing, rang virgin and they said they will monitor it for the next 24 hours and someone will get back to me.  😞
