V+ BOX FAULT

Samsung V+ box has code LD20, Engineer said we need new box and sent email to customer service but I have been unable to get through to them to send new box out, Text service is rubbish and complaint form doesn’t work

They'll probably send you out either a Tivo or a V6. Any boxes that aren't a Tivo or a V6 get "retired" at the end of this month (from the 1st of July if a box isn't a Tivo or a V6 the only channels you'll be able to get will be BBC 1, BBC 2, ITV 1, Channel 4 and Channel 5).

You've probably had a letter in the about upgrading it
