Upgrading

Can anyone help?  I have been trying for 2 days to get the service on my TV upgraded to the movies. I have just been on hold for 50 minutes only to get cut off!  i'm really annoyed and i know there is a lot going on, but i keep getting directed to change my line up the the upgrade feature but always get the same message that there is a problem.

 

Any ideas?

Just to let you know that I upgraded my tv package to maxit last wednesday 25th via the my virgin app, that went through ok but as yet no extra channels have arrived.

Just tried this and i get the same thing.  telling me i can't do this online.
