Yesterday Friday 24th I was contacted by Ann from virginmedia. She asked about service etc and offered upgrades to our service as a customer of over 10 years. I asked her to call me back when I had contacted my wife the account holder as I was working. She rang me back and I asked Ann to use the virgin land line number to contact the account holder. She did this but halfway through the security check the connection died. We gave been expecting another call but have not received one. We are unable to contact anyone except a robot. Does anyone know how to contact upgrades. By the way the upgrades offered were not the ones shown on our account. Sorry for lompost. Any help appreciated.
