Upgraded channels not showing

Hi - I’ve tried restarting my box but new channels still not showing.  Anyone know how to ensure my new package is pushed to my box?

If you upgraded online, it can take a couple of days to activate as it's still done by an agent manually.

On your TV box, follow Home > Help & Settings > Help > TV Care, and click on "I'm missing some channels" - that's as good as anything.
