I have just upgraded my service to Maxit TV. This includes a new TV V6 box.
I have had an email stating that the service has been upgraded, but as of yet I haven't received my V6 box (it was requested for delivery 4th May 2020)
I have just tried to track my order, and it has disappeared.
How will I know when my box is being delivered??
My guess would be to see if it turns up today, sometimes you will get a text in the morning advising a time estimate
