'Upgrade to watch' on Catch Up

Why does content from the following channels display 'Upgrade to watch' in the Catch Up section?

  • E!
  • CBS Drama
  • Cartoon Network
  • Boomerang
  • Cartoonito

All of these channels are included in the Mix package, so why isn't the Catch Up content available?

Re: 'Upgrade to watch' on Catch Up

Almost certainly it's not CatchUp content, but BoxSets.

Are they complete series, or genuinely programs from the recent past?

Re: 'Upgrade to watch' on Catch Up

It's definitely Catch Up, not Box Sets.

All the affected content accessed in:

Home > Catch Up > Channels > E!

Home > Catch Up > Channels > CBS Drama

Home > Catch Up > Channels > Cartoon Network

Etc

Re: 'Upgrade to watch' on Catch Up

If true, then that sounds suspiciously like the content is incorrectly flagged on VM's server as boxset and potentially needs correcting.

Needs someone that's not on Full-House/Maxit/XL to verify, and I am.

Of course it's true, why the hell would I be lying!

Anyone here that works for VM and can actually help?

Re: 'Upgrade to watch' on Catch Up

You need to chill out. E!, Cartoon Network, Boomerang and Cartoonito are not in Mixit. If you're prompted to upgrade to watch CBS Drama this suggests to me that the website is wrong in listing this channel as part of Mixit - not the first time that this kind of error has been made.

Re: 'Upgrade to watch' on Catch Up

Jikes, you can't read properly...

All of the channels affected are included in the Mix package.

This is completely different to the Mixit package.

Sigh.

Anyone else that doesn't work for VM want to post something unhelpful too?

Re: 'Upgrade to watch' on Catch Up

Hi Paul

There are no channel numbers. The issue is with the Catch Up content, as per my original post.

Thanks
