Upgrade on TV packagenot working

After upgrading my contract to bigger bundle + sports I am not getting any sports channels. I have reset the box several times and spent hours on the phone.

Hi jimimpact,

If you made the package change over the phone then the new channels usually appear almost instantly.

Another other method can take up to 48 hours as the changes need to be processed manually.

have you checked the Sky Sports SD channels from 511 onwards. A number of people have regraded not realising they don't get the HD channels unless they pay the extra £7 per month HD surcharge.

You can try and force the box to update and show any missing channels.

Using your remote control

 Help & Settings > Help > Virgin T> go up to the top of the screen then TV Care and press OK >  Missing Channels.? > Refresh my channels list
