Upgraded my account to Maxit + 350 deal.
Sky cinema was supposed to be included, however when i go to On demand, it tells me I have to upgrade to watch.
When did you make this change? And did you do it by phone (change should be instant) or online - in which case it's not live until you get the confirmation email a few days later.
Are you able to view the live channels from 401 upwards?
Try following Home > Help & Settings > Help > TV Care > I'm missing some channels.

Upgrade has been done over a week ago, have got the confirmation email, but channels 401 and up are not available.
Have done the forced check for new channels and a reset of the box, but no result.
Virgin media helpdesk is not available by phone. Was waiting for 40 minutes and got disconnected.
