I’ve upgraded my channels package, had confirmation that this had been implemented. No new channels. I’ve turned box off and on again. No new channels. any ideas?
The upgrade is a manual process at VMs end (can take 24 to 48 hours). The conf only shows the system has registered the request. The forum team have the facility to do what customer services would have done (eventually) & push the change through on the system.
