Upgrade - can't get through to anyone

Hi I have been on the phone to Virgin for the past 48 hours trying to activate a new TV and broadband package. Sent various emails and just keep going round in circles on the phone.

What do you mean by "activate a new package"? If you previously called to make any changes to your bundle, they would be activated while you were on the phone. If they were done online, you should have received an email a few days later to confirm them.

We upgraded from the XL to the new oompf package so was waiting for the new box and hub to arrive. When they did arrive we were expecting a text message to where we would reply "Go" but it never came. It is all sorted now though thank you for your reply ☺️
