Upgrade box

I want to upgrade tivo box to v6 but can’t find anywhere to do this

Hello

Do you have Virginmedia Internet as well as the TV box ?

If you do not have Virginmedia Broadband then I am afraid that the v6 will not work, as you will have no On Demand, Catch Up, EPG or any other apps that use the Internet, like YouTube, Netflix etc.

If you do then you will need to call in on 150 or 0345 454 1111 best times to call are first thing in the morning or use the text service 07533051809

Further to Mike's comments, if you've had your current package for a while, you're as wise to consider a re-bundle deal and getting the box-swap as part of that.

Look over which channels you watch/need, and compare your current package with the current ones available. Then call up V/M with an idea in-mind for a new bundle, be willing to re-contract for 12/18months, and try to get the box-swap as part of the deal.

This assumes you have VM broadband, as mentioned.
