Upgrade all packages

Hi I upgraded all my packages it says it can be done remotely and by the 11th of September which is today but its not activated any help appreciated I have done all the switch off and connect too virgin services and still nothing.

All upgrades excluding those directly over the phone can take up to 48 hours to be processed.
