I received my VM billing email notification last week and noticed it had reduced by a few £££’s but had no idea why.
I have just received an email ‘apparently’ from Netflix that reads thus,
Obviously we'd love to have you back. All you have to do is restart your membership.
I have definitely not authorised cancellation so what is going on?

There is a link in the email to reinstate my account and I can confirm it has been deactivated. I would really like to know why this has happened without any authorisation from me.
Edit, I have just tried the link and there is no option to add Netflix to my VM account, I have to use debit/credit card, PayPal etc.
