Question regarding HD recording's (all channels)
I have HD as part of my bundle (confirmed with support)
However when i try and watch ANY HD recording i get the following error.
This show is temporary unavailable
We are sorry you can't watch this show right now
Please try again later.
I have been through the pain (over 60 min wait on hold to talk to support and was told this would be resolved in 48 hours)
That was 3 months ago....
Anyone else seen this and have a fix ?
Which package are you on? (Can you be specific, please - it will help!!)
Which channel's recordings are you having problems with? Can you watch the channel, live?
Are you sure you're not trying to view OnDemand programmes?
