Re: Unable to access on demand

What make and model TV do you have? Making a guess here it's a 4k one.

The V6 needs to be connected to an HDMI port that supports HDCP 2.2 when connected to 4k kit.

Re: Unable to access on demand

It's a recent software change.  You'll need to check which HDMI socket on your TV supports HDCP 2.2 (at least one of them should - on some TVs it's only one!).  Try connecting to each HDMI in turn if not sure.

If none of them work (which is possible depending on the age of the TV), try changing the V6 output to 1080p or 1080i rather than 2160p or auto.
