Hi at present I’m unable to use on demand or catch up,I’ve tried all the unplug plug in advice , checked all connections, swapped hdmi connections , I have the right tv package I can get this service in the bedroom on the second box but not on the main box in the lounge please help
It's a recent software change. You'll need to check which HDMI socket on your TV supports HDCP 2.2 (at least one of them should - on some TVs it's only one!). Try connecting to each HDMI in turn if not sure.
If none of them work (which is possible depending on the age of the TV), try changing the V6 output to 1080p or 1080i rather than 2160p or auto.
