URGENT! Need to postpone disconnection.

URGENT!! 
I was due to move but it's been delayed by a week. I'm suppose to be disconnected on the 29th December but I need to extend it. I cannot get through on chat or calling, I cannot be disconnected as I need my services for work. 
Can anyone please help ASAP?

Call in today, or use chat, you were calling when they were closed.

No, I've been phoning everyday (during opening times) and the wait has been so long I've not got through. 
I've posted on here in the hopes of getting somewhere.

If you can't get through on the phone then VM are recommending you send a text to 07533 051809 describing the issue and you should get a response. This is a text only service, it does not support voice calls.

A staff response here can take several days so calling or texting are usually the quicker options.
