UPGRADED BUNDLE

I recently upgraded to a different bundle and an email confirmed the new start date was 23 Jan (yesterday), with this new contract am I waiting for a new router which I'm happy to wait for that but how come the new TV channels still aren't available?

Has anyone has similar issue?
