To be announced on most channels for days now. I've run checks & says ok. Constantly having poor service with broadband &wifi but looks ok now

Can you please try a network test on the equipment?

To do this please go to the following

 

Settings

Network 

Connect to Virgin Media Network

 

This will then run a quick test. If the issue remains following this, please let us know.
