Subscribed to Skysports this morning and still not able to access the channels. Re-booted the box 4 times already. On my 3rd go at trying to speak to someone on the phone. Anyone help?
If you upgrade on the phone then access to the new services is usually fairly instant.
If you upgraded online it may take up to 48 hours.
Have you tried searching for missing channels?
Using your remote control
Help & Settings > Help > Virgin TV > go up to the top of the screen then TV Care and press OK > Missing Channels.? > Refresh my channels list
It may take up to 20 minutes and you may need to reboot again.
