Tv picture

My tv picture is breaking up on all channels. The status network says there is nothing wrong and when I ring it basically says there is no one to take my call. 
how can this be resolved. 
Obviously I’ve checked all the wires and re set everything.

Use 0800 5610061 to check for known area faults. If nothing's reported, then you'll need to call VM Faults to report it, assuming you've restarted your box once.

I've just tried it myself to help another poster, and got put into the faults queue on the first time of trying, so they are open - but this was around the 9pm mark so the queues may have now closed.

They reopen at 8am if the fault isn't rectified by then.
