Have you tried reconnecting to the network?
Home - Help and Settings - Settings - Network - Connect to the Virgin Media service now.
Do you have a TiVo or V6 box, as these connect to the internet for guide updates differently?
Are there any particular channels affected, and how far in advance do your listings go?
