Have not been able to watch normal tv for two weeks now in our front room ,we have been calling a lot but cant get through obviously due to Corona, we have reset tv ,box ,rebooted and we ran a test online ,we believe the box is faulty as our other TV's and boxes work fine in other rooms ,please could you contact myself or get someone to come and have a look ,it would be much appreciated.
VM staff do respond on here, but it's currently taking around a week. I recommend you keep trying to call through - call centres are incredibly busy at the moment but people are getting through with fairly short waits in the morning and afternoons.
