3 days ago our TV box started update, and there was written, that it will take a few minutes.
Now already past 3 days and it still showing the same and nothing happening. Can't contact virgin not by emails not by calls.
looks like you will need a new box, you can call 150 (early get through easier) or text 07533051809 and wait for a reply (can take a while) or wait here for a Virggin rep to get to you in a few days
