Tv box stuck on Starting Up

I have a problem with our Tivo box.  It's has been stuck on 'starting up' since 10:00pm last night. I have rebooted it many times, and checked the connections to no avail. I tried to get an online check of the box, but each time I got to the page I am advised that the service is not available. My other box a V6 is working. Can anyone advise of what to do next?

You can try swapping the boxes around, although I can't imagine for a second it'll make any difference.

Then call VM Faults on 150 (or 0345 4541111) and report your box as faulty.
