First time on here and bit unsure how it works??
we have TiVo box and problem with TV guide and can’t log in any in demand programmes as everything says To be announced ‘
done all tests, tried to phone virgin!!! Going round in circles!!?!?
Go to Answer
This usually means that the box hasn’t been able to connect to the Virgin Media Service.
Try going to Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network > Connect to the Virgin Media Service Now
If that fails you’ll probably have to report a fault.

Can’t get them to answer phone !!!
An empty TV Guide is usually indicative of your TV box losing its internet connection and therefore the ability to update it.
Which box do you have - is it the TiVo or the V6? If you're not sure, check here
