I have seen others reporting faulty TiVo remote. I have reported it via the number reported elsewhere i.e 07533 051809. I have had responses 3 times and each time I have given my details and twice was advised that a new one will be sent out. The 3rd time I did not even get any one texting back from the support team after the initial automated question session. The 4th time did not even get the automated questions. This has been going on since 4th April. Could not get through to the call centre. I have tried all the usual steps with no success but slowly more and more of the buttons are not working.
Has anyone any other advise how to make contact to get this resolved.
