Tivo rebooting

In the last few days my Tivo box has started rebooting. I looked at the service status in my area there is a problem but not for this. The rebooting has become more frequent over the past few days as much as 20 minutes a time. Also has been recording programmes during the night in two parts where I presume it has been going into its reboot cycle.

Sounds like your box has a fault.

I'd recommend you call Virgin to report this. 150 from a VM phone, 0345 4541111 from any other phone, and follow the options for "I have a fault with my TV service"
